MOTIVATION FOR MILES
Ian is a life long coach with an infectious personality, and relentless drive. He has 1000's of miles under his feet and a huge desire to share his experience with those lucky enough to train with him.
In 2016 Ian became the first person on record to run across the province of Alberta from top to bottom. The 1600km run started at the NWT border and finished at the USA border.
