Train In Person Or Remote 

Legacy Endurance is located in Airdrie, Alberta Canada - A short drive from Calgary.  If you're in the area we would love to have you join us in person for our weekly workouts.  Group interval training and coach led runs are held year round, and are a great way to develop and stay motivated with like minded athletes. 

 

Not local? No problem!  We train runners in multiple locations and can get you running your best.  You'll receive a customized running plan that is modified and adjusted monthly to adapt and adjust to your fitness level.  You'll have unlimited communication with your coach, access to your plan online and a monthly video check in, to ensure you're on pace.    

How It Works

SIGN UP

Getting started is easy!  Take a few minutes to fill out our athlete questionnaire so we can full understand your goals, and running experience. You are not required to sign in to any contract.  Stay as long as you like, or simply use us for a race prep!  

TELL US YOUR STORY

You will be booked in for a follow up call with your coach, who will review your goals and get to know you better before putting pen to paper and building you the perfect plan. Generally this call is 30 minutes, and it's also a great time to answer any questions you may have.

GET TO WORK

Once we get to know you, then we build your custom plan. Your workouts and all supporting materials will be uploaded into your Training Peaks Calendar and will include full instructions, pace charts and tips for how to best complete each run.

Get Feedback

Your video will be edited and sent back to you with detailed feedback, slow motion analysis of your stride, and animated diagrams. Learn what you're doing well, and what opportunities you have to improve.  You will receive drills and tips to help you run your best.  Get started below.

Do I really have unlimited coaching support?


Absolutety! We know that you will likely need some extra support along the way, or have questions about your training. You can reach out any time via text, exmail, or phone and communicate directly with your coach. Using the Training Peaks software we provide you for free, you can also interact with your coach about a specific workout. You will never feel like you're on your own!




What happens if I get hurt?


Our goal is to help you avoid inury, by building a plan that aligns with your fitness and running expereince. Aches and pains are something that come with the territory, but injuries can hapen from time to time. If you need to pause your program because of an injury, we can suport you through the recovery and resume once you're ready to go.




What if I'm not a very fast or experienced runner?


We work with athletes of all levels, and in fact we love rookies the most! Our primary goal is to help our athletes go to the next level, whatever that means for each individual person. Our plans will help you to build fitness, run more efficiently, and build strength to help you go the distance you desire. Our only ask is that you come with the willingness to work your guts out, and a desire to be great!




How does payment work?


We have a few different plans, depending on your needs. If you're training with us in person or online, a recurring month cost can be automatically set up to keep it easy. If you plan to purchase one of our pre-designed programs and train on your own, a one time cost is applied up front and then you're off to the races. (See our plans for more details)
